The Eighty8 Fitness team recommends committing to a minimum of 3 Eighty8 classes per week with a 4th, 5th and 6th optional, depending on your goals and weekly commitments.

Our weekly class timetable is specifically designed to allow you to attend a class each day, as our programming & training methods focus on covering all aspects of health & fitness.

Strength Plan

We recommend you commit to a minimum 2 x Transformer & 1 x HIIT class per week.

We recommend you commit to a minimum of 1 x FixMe, 1 x yoga & 1 x HIIT class per week
