Shoulder roll (forward and back) x 10 each
Dynamic squat x10
duck walk steps x 10
shoulder tap + push up x 10
calf pumps & hold x 10es

Multiples of 5 for 25minutes

complete 5 reps per exercises for the first round.
Then multiples of 5 per exercise for the remaining time.
Block 1
Buy in: Scare crow and extend x 30
Block 2
Reverse Lunge
Step up or high knee skip
scorpion crawl (extend by steps)

*random bonus exercise by trainer
